After Osborn admits that he knows that Peter is Spider-Man, he informs him that he will keep his secret safe and sound. It still haunts Peter, even when he returns home. Niko suggests that Peter go to the movies, but he tells her that he is having dinner with Osborn. In an empty restaurant, Peter tries to tell Osborn that he’s not Spider-Man, but Osborn buys his lie. He says that after saving his son Harry, he began to put together possible versions of who Spider-Man might be, and eventually settled on Amadeus, Genie, Asha and Peter himself. He offers his services to help, but Peter politely turns him down. Osborne leaves the door open just in case and for inspection.
